            On July 15, 2022 carpet installers came to install 4 rooms of carpeting and move furniture out of the rooms. They were asked to lift the top of my two piece entertainment center to the carpeting in my dining room and the base to a rug in my foyer. They lifted the top piece properly but instead of lifting the base of the entertainment center onto my rug, they decided to slide it 10 feet across my foyer's hardwood floor on 8 plastic sliders causing over 60 feet of linear scratches and gouges. It has now been over 6 months since this occurred and ***********'s has yet to file an insurance claim. I have asked them to provide me their insurance information and they flatly refused which violates state law. They have bullied me and insulted me and have sent me late notices with additional interest even though they have yet to address the damage of my floor.

            We hired them to do a kitchen tile job that really from the start was unorganized. Took months to get the job to start and then when they did start we find that it was a side job being done at their convenience leaving an 80 year old women in a wheelchair unable to access her kitchen after their sub contractor tore up some of her flooring. He was supposed to return the next morning and then was called away to another job site at the last minute leaving her again unable to access her kitchen due to her disability which meant she could not get food to eat or do laundry because the flooring they pulled up left sticky glue which her wheelchair would not have gone over. I would beware the owners are not easy to deal with and one actually hung up on us on the phone. That is definitely not someone I would want to do business with!
