I ordered a fashion set size medium for $60 2 varsity jackets 1black and 1 white came up to $42 dollars a piece and a turtleneck sweater long sleeve for $21.59. She was passed my receiving date for my package and I was reaching out multiple times before I exposed her on ******** for being a scammer. She never paid me my money and blocked me. I reached out to her and since I didnt have a bank I paid with cash app. So I cant dispute it for my money back I paid $184.37Initial Complaint

Purchased items through ZIP (QuadPay) on the Obsessions Beauty Boutique website (*************************************). This purchase was made on January 5th, 2023. I have contacted the company via email three times over the span of 5 months regarding my order #*****. They are not responding via email. I have commented on the Obsessions Beauty Boutique website regarding the status of the order, but the page deletes my comments and does not follow up. I have reported to ZIP (QuadPay) for a refund for not receiving my order.Initial Complaint

I pay 25 dollars every month through sezzle to this app . I order 4 items a month ago and never received them. I contact the business all the time and they tell me theyll send tracking information and never have .I keep trying and being Lenient but I want my money or my order.Business response

Date of transaction: September 18, 2021 Total paid: $162.99 What they were supposed to send: (X1) pair of leopard flair pants (19.99)(X1) 2 colored sweater orange and black($35.00)(X1) 2 colored sweater white and black($35.00)(X1) rainbow sweater ($32.00)(X1) flair sweater grey ($34.00)Nature of dispute: I contacted them multiple times about my order and she said the person she assigned the order to quit so she would have to give the order to another employee after a couple more weeks I fired to call and the phone number was no longer in business so I called my bank to file a dispute and they couldnt process it because her phone number wasnt active so I waited a couple more weeks and I seen her post on her business page about them being open and she then stated over text Hello we are unable to refund your order , because of the distance of time , store credit is offered dear . so I asked her how I go about using my store credit she then didnt respond so I texted her again on 06/14/22 and asked her once again how I go about using my store credit she then stated Our store is currently unavailable Was the problem solved: no the problem was not solved or even close to being solved Account/ order number: #*****Initial Complaint

I ordered from this scamming business on November 1, 2021! I still have no tracking or delivered order! I sent multiple websites messages on their form that you get no email confirmation for. I started emailing to showing communication. This girl says no refunds because she apparently screws everyone over! She needs to be shut down! I started finding more complaints and reached out so much with no response. The girl responded twice out of multiple times I reached out. I was told my order would be shipped and it was never shipped! She needs to refund everyone although I'm only worried about my money! This foolish woman has no business etiquette nor professional communication skills! I want nothing to do with this business except money back!Business response

I made an online purchase November 4th in the amount of ***** for a coat. I never received a tracking number. I reached out to the number online to contact on Nov 14th 2021 with no help. The women I spoke with said she would call Me back and never did. Next I sent several emails to the email provided on their website with no response. I called left messages with no response.Business response

I placed an order on August 17th, 2021 for a total amount of *****. I have yet to receive my order and now want a full refund. If she doesn't have the items on hand she needs to just say that. It's very unprofessional to run a business this way. Even with Covid it should not take almost 3 months to receive items and if it does communicate that with customers. I emailed once on September 2nd and on November 8th and no response either time. Taking customers money and not giving them items is a scam.Business response

Unfortunately its against our store policy to give this customer a refund , she has a credit of $42.00 . We will not be giving any refunds , especially on items that are marked as shipped . Thank you
