We are very happy with our new shower. The installation was done in a very professional way in only one day. No clean up was needed. We highly recommend Mad City.

I just had all the windows in my home replaced, and I cannot recommend Mad City more highly! Sales and measurement staff were friendly and professional, and the installers were clearly experienced - plus they finished much more quickly than I expected. A+

We had a shower installed by one person even though we were told there would be two. Consequently we did not get a professional job initially as I feel he was overworked to try to get our installation done in one day (he was here 12 hours). Our sales rep presentation did not mirror the job that was done nor the quality of the product. Their product is oversold. We experienced several redoes, they had to come back 3 times. Problems included improper caulking - uneven and had ripples, misalignment of walls, two panels installed with protective cover left on so had to redo, water on our bathroom floor after use (fixed once and not remedied - had to return), scratch across the chrome piece holding the doors, installer did not read the notations that were made by the sales rep that we requested (we wanted our seat to slant in order that water would drain off) and we were told the installer would wall off our closet to reduce dust and installer said they do not do so tape wouldn't take off paint. Overall we do not feel we had a professional job. But we will say that they were quick to respond to our needs.

Sales representative was not pushy, explained in detail what would be done, and approximately when. The three workers were very friendly and professional. They took out the old tub and put in a walk in shower. They replaced all the equipment and I love my new shower. It has made the bathroom bigger because the tub took up so much room. I would recommend anyone doing this to an existing bathroom.

Happy with the work provided. The installer was great and very thorough. He had great customer service. I only gave 4 stars because the handle doesnt work and we need to have someone come out to replace it. *************************

Mad City Bath and Windows has been awesome. From the initial knock on the door to introduce the company from Cody, to our salesman Eli, to the installer Dewisth, and all the other support from Clayton, Nick, Brandon, Brett, and Zach. It took two days to transform our old bathtub into a beautiful walk in shower. We are very satisfied with all aspects of Mad City, including their professionalism, as well as the lifetime transferable warranty. ****** and *************************

I had the pleasure of getting Andrew and Chuck to install my walk-in shower. They showed up on time, worked ON-TASK all day (no family talk, joking around, etc), worked late to get it done on one day, cleaned up well, and tolerated my small talk. They did excellent work! ** *******

Mad City Window teams of Wausau came last week and did an amazing job on our windows. Very friendly people to talk to and worked very fast in a timely manner.
