8/12/2021 Domino's pizza charged my bank account for the amount they told me my order was at 11:37pm then said they did not process it. I called the store and they were no help. Talked to costumer support and they had no idea what happened and blamed their AI. I asked to talk to a person during my order by the way and I did briefly before they transferred me back to an AI for my payment info. Info failed the first time, the second time is when I received a text from my bank saying a payment for that exact amount was just processed by dominos. Costumer support hung up on me after not wanting to help because they kept blaming AI and said it wasn't his problem because he's not the one who took my order. I only want my money back.
