I am a customer of ******************** telecom. they have provided telephone and internet service to my home. I have tried on two separate occasions to cancel my service by calling the company and speaking to a service representative. The first call was in Late April 2024 and the second was in early June of 2024. Both times they have stated my service would be cancelled and they would send me a package to return the equipment. The second call they said they would audit their system and backdate the cancellation to my first call. They refuse to provide me anything in writing to confirm my service has been cancelled or that we spoke on the phone at all. They have not sent me the package to return the equipment and they continue to send me a bill requesting payment on a monthly basis despite my efforts to cancel service. I am at a loss for how to proceed. I am not using the service nor have i used it for the last 3 months yet they keep sending bills and refusing to cancel my service. I am not under any contract that would limit my ability to cancel service.
