              On May 15, 2023 I ************************* called Triple A for a tow regarding my 2013 ******** **** S550. The car had stop, would not cut back on and I was unable to move the car. The company then sent out ***** a representative from Finish Line Towing. ***** was able to get the car on the flat bed and move the car to a residential address for me when it came to lowering the car off the flat bed. The driver was unable to, and the front end of the car became damage. The representative ***** stated that he takes full responsibility for the matter and to call the shop and have it taken care of. I spoke with triple a who stated that I had to work with the company. I spoke with the owner ********************* who stated he would fix the problem then after him finally receiving the car he stated it was badly damaged, it had water damage the car was junked. There was a conversation with ************ and my boyfriend and via text back in June he stated he was going to fix the ac condenser on the car and then we can pick it up. There was no other communication after reaching out several times there was no answer. ************ proceeded to contact me today stated that he would like car to be picked up and he is not going to fix anything due to the conversation he and my fianc had. After ************ stated he was going to fix it via text after the conversation was had.

              SHADY BUSINESS....Got told by an employee we could pick up a car in impound at 5. Come to find out the business hours are 8-4. Would not release car, even though we were told we could. No hours posted, no door bell. Hours only posted on website as well as payment information. And only accepts cash??? Come back next day be because we get scammed out of having to leave it another day. The employees acted like we were an inconvenience. Woman lied about not being able to release car, when she was clearly able to the next day. Tacked on an extra 300 for sitting for another 24 hours after the fact. A whopping 650 bucks for 2 days. And to top it off, NO RECEIPT! I think the employees pocketed some of the cash. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING??? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ZERO STARS! And when leaving a review on ****** personally attacks my friends judgement and lies about the whole incident. This place needs to be shut down! PERIOD! BEWARE...

              Hello - we did not service anyone by this name, we also would not have added $300 for two days of storage. That would be much higher than the amount we charge.We are unsure what this is about, please reach out about it.
