April 20, ****. The concrete driveway they made for us is already cracking in several places. We can't open our side door because the concrete is so high. Water flows into our basement and floods it! What a mess! Irve was by to look at the situation and just said, there's nothing he could do for the situation. Is the way he is going to leave his customers? After spending $13,000, is this how he treats his customers?Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
*** is a liar. He was yelling at me all the way to his truck. He never said that if you need help or more questions, don't hesitate to call back.This ************* is no professional!! He's the one that was cursing me, yelling at me and spitting while he had his finger in my face. I've never
heard of concrete cracking twenty foot cracks and they are getting bigger. I don't know what he's jabbering about the front, it's the back
and side back of the house because they raised it so much, now all of the water goes directly toward the house and down the walls into
the basement. Then for four or five months there is a big puddle in front of our side door. This is not professional and to have all these
cracks everywhere and says "O well, that's life". This is cheap concrete and it shows! The guy next door had his driveway done 30 some
years ago and no cracks! This job was not worth $13,000, we either
1. want this driveway replaced or
2. want $5,000 back for crappy unprofessional word
Those are your choices you unprofessionals!
IRV IS A LIAR!! Scumbags.
If this was your house you would not except this kind of C*** work!!!
Plain and simple - there should be NO CRACKS PERIOD.
When you have a new driveway put in there should be no more problems!
But with Seilers Brothers you have MORE PBOBLEMS!!

Warrenty isn't issued by contractor. Unsble to process photo of cracks!
