Order placed 12/28/21 with initial estimate at 1-4 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Email following within a week updating manufacture and delivery promising ***** weeks. No further communications received until I reached out 13 weeks later on 3/30/22 and was told there was a delay in materials and my order would be shipped next week. Following another week without response, I requested an update 4/6/22 and was told 2 weeks until my order would be ready to ship. I asked for an additional update and was met with resistance. I have all emails and messages regarding this complaint and asked for a final completion date or a refund and did not get a response. Im happy to receive the finished product, however at this point, if this company cannot provide a date of completion, Id like a refund and will order something similar from another company.Business response

We just received the letter of complaint today regarding the order for *************************** dated April 25th for the complaint sent in on April 24th. On April 26th at 11:55 am tracking was sent via email from ***** ************ and it shows it was delivered today at 9:40 am. We have delivered over ***** orders since Christmas with zero complaints. We did stay in communication via email as well as many outlets for customers to reach us. We have an instant chat on our website , ******** chat, Instagram chat, a direct phone number and email address listed on our site. The owner of the company has sent several emails out to our customers explaining the longer than normal lead times due to supply chain challenges. We tried to estimate the best we could to **** and he seemed to be understanding with the delay. We hope he is satisfied with his order and his request for desired settlement has been fulfilled.Best Regards,
