At the end of Jan I noticed a pipe under my house with ice all 9ver it and ice on the ground. I am not a plumber, so I called maritime plumbing. Since Feb 3 till Monday 14th, they took out the original water heater and put two more in. Now I have no hot water heater since the 14th. I thought it was the hot water heater, but again I am not a plumber. They sent seven different plumbers 6 times they were here, and not one of them could figure out that the pipe with ice on it wasn't even connected to the water heater. So now I have no water heater.

On February 4th we installed a 40 gal NAT chimney vent water heater for *********************. She was not able to come up with the payment in full so we allowed her to pay $1000 and make payments there after. A few days later she called me back and wanted a different type of water heater (a mobile home water heater) which is significantly more expensive. I agreed because she was hostile and was trying to make her happy. We went back on February 9th to install the other heater that she wanted. In the mean time she was leaving abusive voicemails (attached) and cussing at our plumbers about "leaking under her trailer". There wasn't any leaks under her trailer. It was ice from the water that had leaked under her trailer from her old water heater. After we installed the mobile home water heater for her she called a few days later to say the water was cold. I tried to call her and her roommate, but nobody was answering the phone. I texted her on Saturday and she finally responded to me. I attempted to find a solution for her or if she wanted us to; we would give her money back. I sent a plumber there once more to show them how to adjust the temperature on the water heater, but she continued to have other complaints about the ice under her trailer and other issues that were not related to the water heater install. Finally, she told me that her homeowners insurance told her to get her money back. I responded; wrote her a check for the $1000, and sent a plumber to remove our heater. She continued to bother me after we had parted ways so I eventually had to block her phone number from my cellphone.

She was very argumentative throughout the entire working relationship. Including swearing at 3 of our plumbers and leaving vulgar voicemails. I continued to act professional; as did our plumbers. Her roommate was always very kind to us, but she would not accept the advice from our licensed plumbers when she would argue about other unrelated issues. I did not have the authority to do other work that she could not pay for. We were hired to install a water heater and that was all. We did melt some ice for her but never charged her and only did it as a favor. The ice that we melted was from the old water heater leaking through the floor of her trailer and freezing underneath.

Please let me know if you need any more information. I look forward to hearing from you.

She stated that she wants a water heater and nothing was wrong with hers. Thats not true. She called us originally because she didnt have hot water for 2 weeks and needed a new water heater. We wouldnt have gone and installed one, much less another that she wanted, if there was nothing wrong with her water heater. You will notice in her text messages that she never mentions that she didnt need a water heater. Thats all she talks about.
