Bought the truck on 11/01/22 and have had nothing but problems with it. *** brought the vehicle in numerous times and they have not found the problems or have not looked for the problems due to not having an engine light on. The motor knocks, transmission slips, all the electric has issues, rear differential has been repaired 2 times and now the front end is making a growling noise. I also found out after the sale, that this truck is from ******, was a commercial vehicle with 2 accidents on record and was sold to me a US vehicle that was certified.Business response

We have been unable to verify any of the remaining customer complaints and this is after multiple visits. In addition we did a lot of cosmetic repairs to his vehicle that he was aware of or any reasonable person would have been aware of before purchase as well as giving him a very generous goodwill payment to him. We have done everything we can to satisfy him but going forward our only remaining obligation is to cover his deductibles on his **** factory extended service plan.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
On October 24th I was contacted by The Motor Company and I was verbal abused by them. Swearing and yelling occurred. I was wronged by them and was told that they were going to contact me with an offer. I have not heard anything back from them and have made 4 attempts to call them back with no answer. The paper work that I was shown upon signing for my truck did not show any of the accidents nor that it was a commercial truck from ******. I was told by a **** representative that **** would buy my truck back but it does not qualify only due to the fact that it is a ******** built truck (I was not told it was a ******** truck before I bought it. I was told by a local dealer that looked into it for me.)
Regards,

First of all I and nobody here was verbally abusive with *****************
Next, he filed this same complaint with the state of *********. Due to the fact that my finance and insurance manager was not certified as a sales person according to the state I did not have a leg to stand on. We did not realize that was a requirement since our finance guy does not sell cars. Alas ****** learned. Because of that in the end **************** agreed to have us cut him a sizable goodwill check and do a bunch of cosmetic work to his truck. I believed the matter was over.
However, now it looks like **************** is looking for another bite of the apple. He says he talked to a **** rep who told him **** would not buy his truck because it is originally from ******. So he is either lying or the ***** rep" he talked to is an idiot. **** nor any auto maker does not buy back a used truck from a customer unless there is a class action suit (e.g. ********** diesel cars).
As far as we are concerned this matter has already been settled and wish him nothing but the best going forward.
