On 5-29-23 I ordered 4 tire bonnets from Banditpowersportstraps.com The cost was $214.86. The order number is 1125.The straps shipped on 6-15-23 and arrived on 6-17-23. The tracking number was 1z6w7e810348431573.One of the straps was assembled incorrectly and it will not fit the tire. This makes the strap unusable. I attempted to make contact through the website email that same day. I have sent multiple emails and have received no reply. The phone number on the website only says busy and disconnects. There is no one answering the chat.The tire bonnets that were assembled correctly have two center straps that measure 36, the one that is incorrect has one center strap at 36 and one at 25. This will not sit on the tire correctly. Making this one unusable.The straps that were assembled correctly are very well made straps. The website only sells straps by the set of two, and seeing that I only need one replaced a half of a refund on half of an order could get confusing. The resolution I would prefer would be to return the incorrect strap and have the correct strap sent back to me. However I am unable to contact the business in anyway that they provided to the public.
