Homeowners Policy Ins.(Medina Mutual Ins.) ********************* Agency.Policy renewed on 06/01/2021 paid for 6 mo. premium.On 08-30-2021 I called Agency *************) to cancel policy spoke with ******** explained that I needed to cancel policy and ****** directed me to speak with ********************* with cancellation. I called ***** on 08-30-2021 to his cellphone that ****** gave me left message to cancel my policy Asap and I would expect the remainder of my account refunded. . I did not hear from ***** for several days so On 09-15-2021 I Called ***** and spoke with him about my refund (3 months) and he acted surprised that I had'nt received it yet so he stated he would "get right on it" and to expect the refund by mid next week. Nothing has happened since. I have tried calling him on his cell several times leaving messages to call me back or explain what is going on and I have not had any respond.Called on 09-08-2021, 09-11-2021 and 09-27-2021 and left messages.
