Our new home they built had these issues the said on many occasions they would come to our house starting summer of 2022 and again this year no show and wont return calls problem frost on two walls, patio door screen to large, transition floor molding for main bath missing, stove vent vented to attic?, lights in kitchen cabinets not connected, wall with sliding door loose roof vent cap not coving all of roof peak bathroom door Too tight patio door has gap on topBusiness response

I purchased my home through *** **** *****, dealer of Wisconsin Homes. The house was not delivered for a month, sitting at WI Homes. Once delivered, it had missing ductwork, vents up to the 2nd floor, missing plumbing sections/plumbing required through solid boards. No kickplates for the cabinets, missing trim, missing tongue & groove boards (unknown if not delivered or taken by *** **** staff). The countertops were broken & scratched by *** staff. A chip in the full thickness of the upstairs shower (discovered by my painter) The fireplace was not completed (seen once some materials were moved away from it after 44 days)-sitting in multiple boxes. Photos & a warranty list were given to WI Homes with zero replies. I found out they were at my home, unknown to me& viewed the issues, without any information regarding fulfilling any warranties. Written requests for material lists & professional plans for use utility contractors were ignored. No one showed up on the many days I was there.Business response

Hi ****, sorry to hear you do not feel your home is being completed quickly enough. We recently received an updated service list from your builder and are coordinating efforts to address all the concerns pertaining to Wisconsin Homes. You do have a copy of your warranty which is sent when your home is shipped. If you cannot find it, we could send you a new one. Please continue to communicate with your builder about issues as it is their responsibility to determine if the issue is an on-site issue or a factory issue. To my knowledge there is nothing that is not being addressed right now. Parts, service work and inspections are all in process. The latest update was sent to your builder addressing 21 service list items.
If you have any other issues not on that list, please let your builder know. We try to resolve issues with the least amount of trips to your home as possible. As far as service work involving us, it all seems to be in the process of being handled. Once your home is completed, we hope you enjoy it for years to come. It sounds like a beautiful home.
