The company did not send written communication on the issue and once I received I called and resolved with the hospital. Attached is the verified payment for the amount. Alliance has not sent any additional communication of the open balance yet they have kept the instance as open on my credit report. This is the dis-honestly and corruptness that I have been dealing with and would like this removed from my credit report for all agencies since it is not true and fraudulent on the part of Alliance to say that this is open - yet not send any communication to me if they truly believe it is not resolved.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Your information in the letter is falsified as you have contacted me as I have told your company multiple times over the past 5 years not to call my PRIVATE CELL PHONE. Which I was told you wouldn't. Per your representative when I called back in who ****** and c*** tone told me "we can call anytime a new bill comes in regardless of you saying no, but I'll put not to call your number" then rudely hung up and said he was from the compliance team. This is again the **** laws and is illegal practices. I also have left a voice-mail for a Manger to which I have not heard a response from. I am giving an opportunity to rectify outside of a courtroom where your company would be paying attorney fees (both yours and mine) court costs plus punishment fees and lost wages for missing work for court date.

They keep calling me for a medical bill for a hospital I don't live anywhere near nor have I used their services. Only time I've been there was to visit a dying friend. Didn't know I would get a bill for visiting a patient and holding her hand as she passed away.Business response

I received a notice that I have a collection from ALLIANCE COL on my credit report. It says it was opened on 11/25/2021 for $689 with account number starting in 849**** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.Business response

An agent from this company called my mother's house impersonating a police officer, telling her that they are looking for me and if I don't contact them right away they are going to contact my employer and let them know about my business. I have now received several calls from this company in the same manner, saying they are going to use all means to find my location, for what, I do not know. I got the company's name from the phone number they keep leaving, so if I do not have an account with your **********************, please stop the person calling, threatening and leaving YOUR number as a call back

Alliance Collections has continued to contact me regarding my ex-husbands debt despite the fact that Ive spoken to them on two occasions and explained that the person theyre looking for is not reachable with my phone number and he is my ex-husband. Business called me threatening to report me at my place of business or show up at my residence. This is a debt collection agency and this completely goes against the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I have also let this collector know I am not responsible for this debt and asked them in writing to provide me with the original creditor, account number, date of the debt, and the amount. They have not responded back to me with that information but continue threatening and harassing calls. My letter to them also indicated not to contact me by phone but only in writing and to only provide the information requested as is prescribed by the *************************************Business response

I was served with a **** from my late wife by this agency. As the executor of the estate once they proved the **** was genuine, I paid it in full. I was assured that since the **** was against my late wifes estate and not me personally, it would not affect my credit. Two days after paying the **** in full they reported this account to the credit agencies.Business response
