      The customer service is the worst of any utility company that I have had the pleasure of working with. They claim to mail statements but yet they were never received and insist that I use the website which is not user-friendly. It does not give an option to reset the userid and the chat feature does not respond despite it stating the operator is available. They also cannot or will not send a statement when the balance is zero. Every other business that I have worked with in the past is able to provide this information but apparently, this business is unable to do so except online which is impossible to access. I feel I am being charged for usage after the date that service was canceled but I am unable to prove it so I am forced to pay a bill that is twice as large as my normal monthly charge.

Regarding your request for a statement with a zero balance, we can provide you a receipt that indicates your balance is paid with no remaining balance on the account. We can supply this at any time an account is current and there is no outstanding balance. Regarding to the account specific details related to your cancelled service, please contact our customer service team at ************** and we would be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your balance.The customer service manager has reached out in an attempt to reach you and would be happy to address your concerns.
