  I hired Blackhawk contactors (*****************************) to replace my front porch, walkway, replace a section of the concert in my driveway and multiple smaller miscellaneous projects. I have paid him $20,300.00. The driveway and walkway projects are complete. The front porch is still not finished and I am not happy with the quality of work. None to the smaller miscellaneous projects were done and in some cases I have had to hire other people to do some of them. I am an ****************************************************************** I never received a contact from him for any of the jobs, he only gave me an estimate. I didn't even get an estimate for the driveway. These projects have been taking for ever. I have been waiting for the projects to be finished since August 15th of 2022. He doesn't communicate with me and the only times I hear from him is when he wants money. He had done the same thing to my neighbor. I am also aware he is currently being charged with contractor fraud in Sauk County. When he was working on the front porch he broke some very expensive stone landscaping that I just put in.

  Thank you for your assistance.  I am not a friend of computers and don't understand how or why the "screens" keep changing on me.   I do know that ******************* of Blackhawk Contractors, Inc. of ***********************************************************, stole $10,000 from me for not completing work he said would be done on my property in *******,** during 2022.  Unfortunately,
  

  I only have an "estimate" from him and not an itemized bill for projects I wanted done.  I will be 81 years old in April and was a fool and am now out $10,000 of the $20,300.00 I paid him in checks.  I kept paying him so the work would get done, but it didn't.  The man (subcontractor) who did the concrete work hadn't been paid by ****, came around asking for money so he could pay his bills.

   

  Anyway, since I have nothing in  writing to prove what was supposed to get done, but didn't, I was an  old fool on a fixed income and am out $10,000.00.  A hard ****** to swallow!  I hope someone will find a way to put ****, the "*****", in jail where he belongs!  Getting some of the money back for work not done, would also be nice.

  Work promised was not completed as promised.  Vendor must arrange to be on site with customer to review balance of work promised and when it will to be done. Time is of the essence.   More info

  We had Blackhawk build us a garage last fall and one of the garage door is broken. I've been texting and calling him over a month and a half now with no response. So we have to hire someone else.

  We completed our work and got paid for the garage a year later the customer needed to hire a garage door technition to repair door
