We replied yes, she flopped it on the service table and huffed at us rudely 2. Instead of checking my husband in my room they have him check into our daughter’s room day 1 1. Bride and groom check into hotel at 11:45 BAR IS LOUD SCREAMING AND SWEARING a. 12:05 am Bride and Groom need to leave their room it was never cleaned b. 2:00 am son in law goes out to smoke and see the bridal partying the lot and doorway screaming and swearing stumbling puking in the shrubs. Noice from bar at 12:00 am so loud the staff closed the fire doors. day 2 1. Party bars stayed attended with 2 staff or more, we were told by the front desk the bar staff Had to leave the Hotel bar to take care of the private party because the hotel was short staffed, and all the employees are overworked with 11-hour shifts. 2. day 3 bartender said leaving he had a family party to go to at 9:30pm. (we planned to have our family continue a celebration as well at your facility that would have provided a safe location with not traveling outside the hotel, however it did not work for our family as well as it did for your hotel family. 4. Billing Room 114 double billed good thing the kids realized when they got home .
