      Expensive and if anything made our backyard water/drainage issues worse. We understand it's not always an easy problem to solve but the standing water in our yard is as bad as it's ever been (multiple neighbors have mentioned noticing this-completely unprompted). We wouldn't be as disappointed with the lack of help with drainage issues if we feel like the work had been done according to the original plan/agreement, but the "grading" we paid for was barely actually done save for a few piles of dirt that didn't come up nearly high enough to do anything, and the landscaping areas that were also done (mulch, bushes, rain garden, rock bed) don't even look good and we will basically be starting from square 1 ourselves next summer $6000 in the hole. Wish we would've just done the project ourselves as I think we could have done a better job for 1/4 of the cost. They also broke our hose and just left a note about it which we didn't find out about until I went out to water the next day. Waited half the summer for them to be able to come do the project then spent the rest of the summer going back and forth with them about what we were unhappy with, they came back again and did some more lackluster work, and we eventually settled on receiving a very small amount of money back for our troubles/lack of work being completed. Would recommend doing the project yourself if you're considering going with them, I wish we would have.

      Thank you for taking the time to detail your opinions and experience. As we discussed, we completely disagree with your claim that anything we did made your drainage issues worse. We added multiple infiltration measures to help alleviate the problem as you described it to us. We detailed all proposed work in writing, you agreed to the measures, and they were completed as outlined as promptly as possible. When you expressed concerns after the project we returned, at no cost, to address them. We acknowledge your hose was damaged during the project. Our crew was wrong to use your hose. When the situation was discovered, we apologized, and you were compensated for it. As a homeowner, you know your property better than we ever could. We rely on homeowners to disclose the full extent of their problems up front. Unfortunately, that was not the case with your project. Once the full extent of your drainage issues became clear we recommended a different, more appropriate solution, which you declined.
