We visited the rodeo at the ******************************** this past weekend 7/12 - 7/14, and I am disgusted with the actions of one of your members families. On 7/13 a few of our family members went to the swimming pond and one of our toddlers cowboy boots went missing. There was only one other family there with a black dodge pick up. Some of us drove our golf cart around to see if we could find the boots or ask the family that was also there swimming if they had seen anything. We found the family and black dodge that was at the pond and went up to them to ask if they had seen anything regarding the toddler boots. Their response was to deny ever seeing the boots and then tried turning it on us saying they couldnt believe we would go around accusing kids of stealing. We then realized we were dealing with some shady people after seeing the exact boots at their campsite and went straight to the owners of the ******************************** to let them know the situation. Minutes later, one of the owners came by our campsite with the toddler cowboy boots, saying they were ours, and that their toddler boots were worn down quite a bit. We were relieved to have the boots back and didnt think there would be any retaliation. We decided to attend the Saturday rodeo show from 7-9pm. By the time we arrived back at our campsite it was dark and we were all enjoying ourselves, not thinking to check for any property damage. Well, its Monday now and I am home from work. I noticed some significant scratches on my the body of my truck towards the top on the hood and on the corner panel. See attached. Although I have no way to prove this damage occurred the night of the stolen boots scenario, I would like to inform you of a family you are associated with in your organization and hopefully some kind of punishment will be had. Any questions feel free to email me back and we can discuss further. I do have photos of the damage on my personal Chevrolet 1500 pick up truck.

I had left a voicemail today and and it eventually cut me off. But to recap, I think this whole boot thing got out of hand. An 11-year-old girl picked them up believing that were her 2-year-old brothers since he has the exact same pair. It was an innocent mistake. When ***************** approached the camper the person there was not the parent and not knowing the situation, in hindsight that person should have immediately gotten the parents involved to solve the problem. They never intended to steal anything. These are very good people that have worked for me for over 10 years. They absolutely felt horrible and were very embarrassed by the situation and had no reason to be mad about anything. In regards to the vandalism they are being accused of. These are not childish people, and they were not mad in any shape or form over this and felt awful. I promise that there is no way they would have done anything to your truck. I hold the reputation of my business to the highest standards and nothing means more to me, this company is my families livelihood and they know that and would never do anything to jeopardize that. I am sorry you have scratches on your truck but it was not from any person who works for my company. Please call me and we can discuss this further and I am please requesting you remove the false negative reviews about my company or I will get my attorney involved over false slander.
