At rep came out to my 89 year old mother's house because her garage door was groaning. They told he she needed a new garage door, new rails, a new opener etc, etc. they had her bill up to $700.00+. And charged her $75.00 for the opportunity to completely rip her off. I went over and found that she has a frozen (rusted in place) roller. Due to the strain the plastic roller had broken and was causing a lot of noise. I replaced the roller wheel. Greased the other roller spindles and it runs perfectly. Extremely quiet. Had she agreed to Precision's terms, they would have ripped her off to the tune of $750.00 to $900.00. What an awful thing for them to do, try and take advantage of a nearly 90 year old women simply because they thought they could dupe her. Shameful.Review from Paul/Barb G

This company is fantastic! They came over the same day to give us a quote and did the installation the very next day. Mike was not only friendly but fast and efficient. If anyone needs any help with a new garage door or garage door opener and repair, Precision is the best!

I phoned Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to come out to one of our properties to fix the torque bar line. The technician stated he could not repair it because it was a proprietary product exclusively with Wayne ******. He stated they would have to replace the entire torque bar at a cost of around $800.00. I told him that was not going to happen. This may have taken all of five minutes. He was going to charge me but the charge never went through. He said to just forget it if it didn't go through, which it didn't. I had it repaired three days later for under $300. Then all of a sudden I received an invoice from this company for a 5 minute non-service call. I understand that every business needs to stay in business; however, I believe in this instance a judgment call in favor of the client would have left a better taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I cannot in all honesty refer anyone to this company.
