June 10th - booked stay for 3 nights from checking in Sept 1st and checking out Sept 4th, prepaying for a total of $233.32 August 25th - Accidentally cancel stay online instead of modifying the dates, call the hotel for help and told they cannot assist me and I was unable to undo cancellation online No where did it state I couldn't move my prepaid reservation after booking.Business response

Reservation should have went through online. We are not responsible for reservations made and paid online, they need to go back online

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They claim not to be responsible for reservations made online, but I book3e through the Super 8 website and when I accidentally canceled the reservation it said I had to call the motel directly, which I did. I also called the number on the Super 8 website for customer support and was told the individual motel is the only one who can help me.
