Extremely unsanitary environment. Tools used were not sterilized, they were pulled out of a drawer dirty. Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years, I also get a pedicure 1 to 2 times a month. Therefore, I am very well aware of how a good service should be. This is hands-down, the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I requested a shellac pedicure and I let the technician know I currently had shellac polish on. You are supposed to soak off shellac polish, and this technician took all of my shellac polish off with a cuticle cutter. She peeled it all off! This left my nails, very rough and peeling, and this damages your nails as well. She then proceeded to cut my nails with the cuticle cutter! She kept cutting my skin when trying to trim my cuticles. She used the sugar scrub to massage, and did not use lotion afterward. The massage lasted maybe two minutes and she barely even applied pressure. It felt like she was just rubbing on product. When she went to put the shellac polish on, she did not use a base coat. She also kept smudging my nails with her shirt or the LED light. Instead of wiping this polish off and starting over, she painted over it. When you smudge a nail, and then paint over it, it causes it to be very bumpy and uneven. On top of that there was tons of polish on my skin. Instead of using acetone to wipe this off, she proceeded to scrape it off with the cuticle cutter. The salon itself is very dirty and dusty, I dont think theyve ever vacuumed either. The tools she brought over were not in a sterilized bag, she pulled them out of a drawer, and then the rest were brought over in a dirty basket. There was so many red flags, and I shouldve left before the service even started. Im honestly so mind blown by everything that happened and I dont understand how theyve been in business for 10 years. I am an utter shock!

We have opened this Salon for over ten years and we have tried to keep the environment fully clean and tried to keep up to date with all of the requirement by the Board. We sanitize our tools every time we are done with each customer by using Barbicide to disinfected the kits and put them in the Sterile pouch then place them in the ** Sterilizer. We always use the right tools for the services we do. We use filer to get gel polish off the nails and cuticle cutter to clean the cuticles. For the pedicure, we always use massage oil or lotion right after using the sugar scrub so the legs will be soft and smooth. We always vacuum our shop by the end of the day. We apologize for the experience she might have had, but we believe a good Salon operation should meet the regulation and customer's expectation. We have been and we will continue to strive to meet our customers satisfaction.
