On December 26, 2022 we ordered a medium Lake Michigan wooden map from this company. We have ordered from them the year prior and had decent communication and service from them, and an amazing product. We felt secure enough to order again. They sent us the invoice for a total of $301.56 for our map. We expected it would take a month or so. January 29,2023, we sent an email inquiring a status update and got no reply. Come April, I began Facebook Messengering them, again with no reply after asking for an update.. understanding they may be backlogged. Now, throughout August 2023, they have continued to ignore our calls/voicemails, their website and email is no longer in service, and they keep deleting my comments left on one of their Facebook posts. Also, on Facebook, you can see several other people inquiring about their products.. all with no response. People have gone to the BBB with no resolutions, and we are also going to contact the consumer protection financial bureau and file a small claims case. We have never been rude or disrespectful in our inquiry, yet we, and their other customers, have been disrespected by them being unprofessional and rude with not communicating back to us.
