Originally ordered a Japanese Maple on 4/29/2021 through the Bruce Company;s website for $119.94. I received the tree just a few days before 5/24/2021 because on that day I emailed the bruce company including photos because the tree's leaved curled and developed white edges. I never received a response. On or around 5/17/2022 I emailed the Bruce company that the tree developed buds but they turned dry and the tree did not leaf out, I received a response to come in person with the receipt and I would receive a store credit. My husband went in person to the store on 5/21/22 with the online receipt and the employees claimed not to recognize the receipt and to send an email. So I emailed again on 5/22/2022 with pictures of the dried buds and explained what happened in the store and forwarded the original online receipt and again never received a response.Business response
