I had a breast biopsy from a tumor removal that was completed at **************************** on 11/13/2018 and the biopsy was sent to associated pathologies. I received a **** in the mail for the biopsy. I called Associated Pathologies and they did not have my insurance information, so I gave them all the correct information. I received several more bills in the mail. I called multiple times to give them my correct **** insurance information which they continued to say they had the correct information. I also contacted my insurance company who had never received a claim from them. At this point I went to my human resources manager who called **** to ensure there was no claim which there was not and then she called Associated Pathologies and gave them the information again. I then received a letter from a collections agency in *******, **. I took the letter to my human resources department and at this point we got on a conference call with Associated Pathologies and **** to make sure the claim was filed. I did not receive any more bills or letters after this point. It came to my attention that this **** was still not paid when my husband and I went to take out a loan for farm land and it came up on my credit report. I called Associated Pathologies who stated I still had a **** and that I would have to work with the collections agency. I called the collections agency who verified that it had not been paid. At this point I called **** insurance who told me they never received a **** for this and at this time it was past the 1 year date to file the **** but to try and have them send it to see if something could be done (this took place last month). I spoke with my human resources who recently talked with **** and went through all the claims and it has never been billed to them or processed. I am frustrated because this is a medical **** that would have been 100% covered by my insurance and I thought was until recently, is not.Initial Complaint

I paid for 2 services through this company, that they didn't send to my insurance and now I'm waiting on my refund from them, since they got my insurance payment and my payment. I was told in August 2021 that they would take care of it and I would receive my refund. Come Feb 2022, a refund was started and I should be getting my money in 60 business days. Very fraud like business. Many other reviews with same isssues.
