  Bought the car in April 2020 after buying found out radio didnt work they agreed to replace it the next week, when I took the car to their shop they tried keeping it telling me they couldnt allow me to have it because of insurance told them my insurance company told me i didnt have to add it to my policy for 30 days but they tried locking my car in they shop fixed it horribly now the speakers just boom randomly, bought the warranty based off what they said how it was going to cover everything but every time something comes up it covers nothing and when i got upset was told basically to bad i requested the policy cancelled since it covers nothing been told email **** a pic of my mileage and they will cancel this was a month ago per bank and policy its not been cancelled and Im still paying on it and when i call they say only one person deals with it but they are never in so after getting upset someone else was looking into it but every time i call some different person says the check goes to your bank not you i know this Im not expecting it to come to me i want it to go to the bank but i need the policy cancelled and policy company and bank confirm they never got request to cancel. Every word out of MSI mouth is a lie and do nothing but sell lemons fake policies and no follow through and over charge. I just want my policy cancelled and my bank loan credited and they giving me the run around
