My first visit to KOA. I met Amber, and daughter Madeline (relatives of owner) who said my boys team could come swim there August 25, 1-3pm, Meeting use to hand out trophies only if rain. Mindy Reggio (Manager: I met couple days later approved meeting room use one hour. She saw my 150.00 check I paid, and her nice gals would let us in and we shook hands. I kept offering to pay, but she didn't want me to, and said the 150.00 covered that too. Upon arriving no management was there, and staff said, I was a liar as they called Mindy who stated she never met me before and knew nothing about us or me. Finally letting us in, but all day the staff worked hard to make everything miserable for us. Mikala said she'd open the room at 1:30, I checked at 2pmish, and they said she went home. Madeline 7 minutes before our gathering, said I couldn't use the room at all! Give me a 12 hour full days use fee of $80.00." So I did. (75) 7 minutes till we could use it an hour I noticed garbage cans all full and junk all over from previous bingo use. A sweet gal (non relative) named Hannah was kind, smiled, and saw how I was being treated with false accusations. I gave her a 20.00 tip stating that kindness really is appreciated in any business. They forced her to give it back to me, as I gave it to her in front of the abusers. The claims no management was in were false, as Madeline appeared later saying she was there all along. Bottom line is their cruelty and false accusations and working hard to make sure we were miserable made this absolutely the worst experience of my entire life. Look at reviews on Google maps of all the same story of rudeness and unkindness. After they took 252.00 dollars of my money, I no longer existed! I stopped in the next day, and they won't let anyone see Mindy. Amber instantly went into a rage screaming falsehoods not allowing me to speak.
