Booked a reservation for parking at the daily parking lot at the Milwaukee airport with a special they were running. It was prepaid $10.00 a day for 6 days for a total of $60.00. See uploaded documents with my dates, receipt, and the instructions on the sheet that I followed as I have never done this before.I downloaded the app on my phone as instructed which gave me a barcode I was to scan when I went in and when I left which is what I did.Upon leaving and scanning out of the airport parking facility on Feb 24th 2022 I immediately received a email with a receipt that said 6 days $144.00 and they charged my debit card. I called the number right away and the person I talked to said that my reservation probably did not make it on the app I downloaded since I downloaded the app after I made the reservation. He said no problem he would write this up and give it to the office and they should refund the $144.00 since I had prepaid. I received a email a few days later saying that they were not going to refund my money because I parked in the hourly spot not daily. No where in the email does it say there is a difference and all the floors are the same. They admitted that the signage was poor and they were going to fix that. My complaint to them was I should not have to pay the $144.00 because I paid ahead and parked where the print out said to park even the person I talked to upon return did not mention anything about where I parked just it was a app issue. I have been emailing *********************** who is customer service coordinator for over 10 days and cannot get her to refund my money. She canceled my original reservation for the $60.00 but still took the $144.00. I am asking for $84 which is the difference between what I was spouse to pay and what they charged me.Thank you!
