      This has been the absolute worst living experience I've ever had. 1 year ago I lost limbs from a frost bite, this past winter I had no heat in my apartment from Thanksgiving to Valentine's Day, with temps reaching feels like -37, I'm in my apartment literally freezing and can't get ahold of Berrada Properties, it's like they aren't required to answer any phones in their organization. I tried calling every resource the City of Milwaukee had for help during that time and wasn't able to get any due to the entire city going through the same situation with Berrada, to the point where it made the local News. Now I'm being too that I have to pay back rent or loose my apartment. If Berrada would stop spending money on fixing unnecessary stuff and fix what's needed there wouldn't be a problem. He'd rather make the outside of the building look good and leave the inside in ruins. I've been living with mold in my kitchen for six months and can't get maintenance to answer their phone under any circumstances. You can call whatever number they give and press any prompt and you'll never get a human being on the phone and they don't return calls or emails.

      I filed an online maintenance request twice over a two week period, according to the online instructions. It was only after I gave the company a phone call that I was told I had to follow up my online request with a PHONE CALL.

      On July 2nd I filed an official maintenance request on the company's website. One week later I filed a 2nd request for the same problem. Getting no response I called the company on July 14th. The person I spoke to told me I had to follow up my request with a phone call. The complaint process on the website doesn't state this. On July I9th I visited the website and my request was marked closed. Nothing has been done to correct this issue. My oven still does not turn off completely when the dial is in the off position.

      Because of an on going dispute of a late rent charge, the landlord is withholding maintenace service in retalliation . I have filed complaints with the state and city government for this ILLIGAL practice.

      My daughter is a first time renter and just became a tenant of a Barada apartment. She has been there for a couple of months and was never given a parking permit which she should have received when she signed her lease & gave them her money!! Needless to say, they had her vehicle towed which costed me $363. When her & I went to the wimpy *** "drive thru" customer service window, located at the Barrada office, the insensitive and sarcastic female told my dad"you didn't ask for one" wtf?! Why should a paying Tennant have to ask for something they should be provided with any dang way?! Whether it is known if they have a vehicle or not. Seems to me that Barrada Properties & the Sheriff's Department are partners in thirstiness! Someone needs to reimburse me or see me in court.....to be continued...

      Horrible horrible just horrible berrada properties are scammer starting with parking you are allow one vehicle coo. I pull up to my place with my rental to use the bathroom 5 mins later rental gone I had to pay 450 for only 3 hrs of towing my rental they also towed my car several times.. meanwhile the ******** next door work for berrada has 3 cars on the lot. Their breaking there own rule how does the ******* get to have 3 cars an others get 1 permit. Last year I was diagnosed with brain tumor an l had a infestation of crickets in my basement an the 24 hrs a day all day screeching whistling made my brain hurt soo bad it was agony to hear 24 hrs a day close proximity of the loud noises I told them of the infestation they did nothing for months. In my condition with my brain tumor it should’ve been handled and it was not not to mention now a mice infestation an that still is ongoing with no treatment to get rid of the rottens the rent is overly high considering living conditions it was a leak in my basement destroyed everything in my basement was not compensated… hate is a strong word but I hate living here also the kids in the area runs wild throw trash next to garbage can but not inn I can go on but I’m tired of typing

      BERRADA is the worst place to live. My apartment was not move in ready there was blood on the carpet. mold in the cabinets. Roaches that were dead on the floor. the apartment is infested with bed bug, roaches and rats The place was never cleaned what so ever. I moved in on April 01 2022 after finding everything about this apartment I called but no answer of course. I sent a email no response. I called and they lady who answered the phone was very rude and told me the apartment was cleaned. i advised her that there no way this apartment have been cleaned but to it being dirt on the carpet and blood like substances. I asked would there be anyway someone could come and clean the carpet or even put new carpet down. the lady told me to send a email. I did no response. They sent this fake exterminator out with a pump of water he sprayed and put some traps down nothing changed. The apartment was still infested. They never came and fixed the heat in the apartment but had to nerves to raise the rent. The people around this apartment didn't make things any better trash was just every where. I just don't understand how a lazy nasty people can keep getting some many houses and don't do anything to the ones he have this has been one big s*** show. I wish the worst on this stupid man he ready need to be stopped at this point. A waste of a person.

      I lived at **** **** ***** ****** that was owned by Jomela Properties and they sold and gave the building to Berrada Properties, Berrada is not a good property management company, Because,The apartment building does not have no doorbells and Tenant's package be getting stolen off the front porch,Mice be coming inside your apartment leaving droppings on your property and on your floors that causes germs. I always pay my rent on time every month and I got a 28 day notice from them telling me that I have to vacate.They did not tell me what the notice is for, I had problem with Joe Bernard who lived above me who alaways slamming and closing his apartment door loud,bumping on the floor and Two black girls with kids always running,playing and hitting people's doors in the hallways,When you report those incidents to the property management,They don't do nothing about these incidents, They like to evict good tenants and They don't evict bad tenants,They just money hungry and Hungry for money, I would not recommend living this apartment building.This property management company cannot be trusted.

      Hello , I lived at ********************************** . I purchased a refrigerator and stove . When I decide to move out I have the landlord proper notice and asked her if I could leave the stove and refrigerator there . She agreed . Months later I get a letter from the post office subpoena for court from Berrada which was after the court date because I didnt have my own resident at the time. I called the office and they were very rude about answering my questions and hearing me . They stated I didnt not move all my items and that I was evicted which are false statements. I got permission from landlord to leave the stove and refrigerator that is all . Please help me remove this false eviction off my record

      I live here March of 2019 to July 2019 . I have photos of the apartment on my phone the day I moved out . Reason for moving was because of the ***** infestation that came from someone else in the building

      My apartment got shot into and I have bullet holes in my apartment . I have the police report and everything. I called and they told me I would have to email berrada. I emailed them twice and havent got a response. I just moved in December 31st and havent been here for 2 weeks and its already out of hand. I asked them could I be transferred or receive my security deposit and no response .

      Very bad and unprofessional I came home one Friday night getting off work a pipe was leaking in my bedroom the carpet was soaked and wet so I had to use blankets and sheets to soak up the water eye contact burrata that evening when I got off work he contact me back Saturday morning what you mean that he received the email from Friday never respond after that so I want the whole weekend mopping up soaking up water constantly empty the water bowl it was a horrible weekend and they response to me was no maintenance on weekend
