On Sunday, February 20th, 2022, I attended a concert for the band GHOST at the H3136**37313833373333H in *********, *********. I was in the general admission pit area near the stage. I had an incident with three individuals in which I was threatened, harassed, and assaulted. I called security over three different times, only for them to do nothing. Each time they came, the people attacking me would say "We're good, we'll coexist" and security would believe them and not me, but the people would go right back to threatening and harassing me once security left. When I called security a third time, they just looked at me and walked away. I ended up nearly being crushed by these three people and had a panic attack and needed to leave before GHOST played. I found employees and they did nothing but try to get me to sit in the nosebleeds. They did not offer more security or police. A "guest manager" found me and offered me cocktails, another nosebleed seat, and tickets to a future event as consolidation. I refused. If I wanted a seat, I would have bought one. I didn't want to see a different show, I wanted to see the band I paid for in the spot I paid for. The guest manager never offered police to me until we were outside of the building and I did not feel safe going back in. I have been in contact with the police who says they need video from H**3931393834313631H. H**3931393834313631H says it could take a week to get the footage because of "more events". H**3931393834313631H is still trying to get me to accept a ticket to a different event and I refuse. I will never return to a venue where I felt so unsafe and was not protected by security. fiserv Forum called me today and advised that they will issue my refund ONLY IF I have my complaint retracted. I understand it is not possible to retract, but I can request for you to put the issue as RESOLVED and make the complaint internal only. Can we please do this? I am happy with it being RESOLVED as long as my refund is sent by them.
