      On 3/11/2024 I ordered item ***** which is *********************** This is My Body Open Edition on Paper print, 20 x 10 but I received item ***** which is a cropped version of the print I ordered. The invoice number is c5b163df54.The total cost of the item with shipping was $42.65.I emailed them at ************************** on 3/21 and again on 3/28 but received no reply.I tried calling their toll free number ************** on 3/28 and no one answered. This morning I tried calling the number again, no one answered. Then I tried calling the number you list ************** and again, no one answered.

      We strengthened our spam filters last month and found these emails in that folder.  The order has been completely refunded as if 4/19/24.  Many apologies.

      I ordered a framed print from this company costing around $240 on January 11. They claimed the order would arrive in January 24. It is now March 4, and I have not received anything nor have I been notified of any information that the order would be late. I have tried emailing and calling the customer service department in hopes of some answers, but have been met with absolute silence on their end. I would have no problem waiting longer for the print had they notified me, but what concerns me is you cannot contact anyone from this company. I have never left a bad review in my life but prints.com has been incredibly disappointing.

      Items Ordered 10/3/2023.  ************ 10/4/2023/  Delivered 10/10/2023 3:16 PM.  Reported damaged delivery 10/13/2023 5:47 PM.  Started damage return and refund process 10/14/2023.  Credit Card disputed  and automatically refunded 10/30/2023.

      Nevermind that the price was steep for 2 posters, I agreed to pay it. What I'm upset about is 2 weeks of silence. No emails, no calls, no tracking numbers nothing. Then, when I FINALLY get a hold of ***, the condescending customer service rep, I find out my order, which was supposed to arrive today after 2 weeks, was cancelled. *** said something along these lines: "Ya. I just cancelled it. No sense in getting out of shape over a $10 order. So I just cancelled it." Except. The $10 order was $52. And it's curious to me how they can cancel the order, when the transaction, by their accounts (the only proof the transaction occured was the order placed screenshot I have) the transaction should have been totally finished by now. That just tells me they never fulfilled and shipped it in the first place. They claim they refunded the money, but I have no reason to trust anything *** says. Really, I just want to leave this review so other people can get some clarity on just the type of business they're dealing with. According to BBB, only top notch reviews. But when you check Yelp, it tells a totally different story.

      Well. Let me tell you why I went to the lengths I did. It was all about that phone call. You were disrespectful. Seems like I have to devote several hours every week to poor customer service. So now I'm answering back. 

      Consider the way you talk to people. Send emails. Maybe, make a note to Gmail customers saying to check their junk mail (by the way, I never got a confirmation email. Just a response to my SECOND email.) Also, if it was supposed to arrive in the mail the day I cancelled, how were you still able to cancel so easily? That just tells me it was never shipped in the first place. 

      Frankly, I don't know why I'm giving you advice. You don't deserve feedback.

      I placed an order for 2 prints in late June, and never received a confirmation email or shipping notice, but my card was charged on July 6, 2023 for $57.63. I emailed the company's customer service email but received no reply. I have tried calling their customer service line multiple times but get no answer. I tried both the direct ********* number and their 800 number, neither line is answered. I would like to either get the prints I ordered or a refund to my credit card.
