On 2/10/2022 I had repairs done due to a evap code causing a check engine light. I was told a oil pressure sensor was causing the check engine light as well and I had low oil. I paid for it to get fixed now a message that have never popped up until they touched my car saying low oil pressure stop engine. I take it to them(3/3/2022) about the issue and they was pointing out something that has nothing to do with why I'm there and send me away saying "I'm good now". I call again 30mins to a hour later due to the same message and I was told not to come back because I requested for the head boss of the business which he refused to let me talk to the boss because he calms he's the owner of the business which I know he notBusiness response

The customer did bring his vehicle in for a check engine lamp concern. Upon completion of the repair the vehicles check engine lamp came back on. I explained to the customer that we would take another look to see if their was something that we may have missed while diagnosing his vehicle. Customer did bring the vehicle back. Upon further inspection of the vehicle we found that the oil was overfilled. We drained the oil to bring it the proper level. My technician suspected that their may be an issue with the computer but was not 100 percent that that was the problem and needed more time to look at the vehicle. I wanted to personally look at the vehicle as I understand my customers frustration with not having a concrete answer as to what was going on with his vehicle. The customer called back and spoke with my ********************** writer and made threats to come to the shop and handle them his way. As we are a business open to the public we take the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. It is for that reason we asked the customer not to return. I am willing to take a second look at the customers vehicle but he needs to understand that its not ok make threats. He is more than welcome to call me anytime I will address his concerns.

Chadurick ******* There wrong when I requested for the head boss of the business he claimed he the boss now and when I said find Ill come talk with him myself, I'll handle it because your playing games and he started speaking upon getting guns and etc, than it still wasn't addressed about the oil pressure light that is constantly coming on which was my issue after my car was touched
