On Saturday, May 6th, at 9:03am, I went to National Muffler to repair an exhaust pipe and replace a mount hook that holds the pipe to the undercarriage. I was told that the mount hook would be replaced and that the muffler pipe would be repaired. When i returned on the same day at a approximately 12:30p to retrieve my vehicle, I drove it straight home. When i got home, I examined the muffler and discovered that the mount hook I paid to have replaces was NOT replaced! The original mount hook was reattached to my vehicle's undercarriage which contradicted the service I agreed to have completed. I reached out to the business who stated that the agreement was to replace the mount hook IF I purchased a new muffler though that was not the original agreement. This issue can be resolved by simply replacing the mount hook with a brand new mount hook which is what the original agreement was between the business and I.Business response
