i made a order for a watch for 300 off the page on march ************************************************************************************************ a update even the owner of the stores so now i asked for a refund and i havent got 1 responses i dont stay in there city and i know of they doin to me there other that is goin through same issue with this company i would love just for a refund back they are a non trusted business taking people money and just leaving them on seenInitial Complaint

I purchased shoes for $50 and its been over 30 days. I requested them multiple times and asked for a refund. None have been answeredInitial Complaint

I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes that they have lied about the condition of. One pair was put up as brand new and had multiple defects such as the flaw in the toe of the shoe. The other pair was put up as brand new and was clearly worn. Pictures of the listing are included and then condition of the shoes when came are included. If these issues were displayed on listings I would have never bought these and using tactics like this are dishonest.Business response

We sent customer refund and also apologized about the mistake. It was a shoe that was tried on that we mistakenly advertised as New. Its industry wide mistake we apologizedCustomer response
