              I've received several e-mails from this company called Professional Account Management (PAM) which seems to have a good BBB rating but it's definitely a scam. They are asking for me to pay some funds owed to the New York *********************** which is odd since I live in *******. I've been on hold for over an hour today and have never been able to get a hold of anyone to discuss this matter. The messages just ask for us to make payments online using their portal, which seems incredible. I can't see how this company is allowed to continue operating this way. And if you see their responses to all of the BBB compaints, they just "accept" whatever decision is made. They need to be shut down or forced to explain to customers what their claims are for. I've attached a screenshot of the latest e-mail from them.

              Paid the collections off and NY state ez pass has yet to receive confirmation from them that its been paid. Its been two months already of dealing with this. Meanwhile I cant add my plates to another account and keep accumulating violations because of it.
