12/8/23 I purchased a gift certificate. I live only 1.5 hours from the location and after it had been over a week without receiving my gift card I checked my account and it said gift certificate not yet shipped.I emailed The Rave and they said if the gift card hadnt arrived by 12/22 they would email me a copy of it.On 12/21 I called to follow up. The person I spoke with told me it was out of their hands and it was the Post Offices issue and they couldnt do anything for me.Initial Complaint

On 11/19/2021, I purchased tickets to go see playboi carti at the rave on November 26th, 2021 at 8:00 PM. I purchased the ticket for a total of $81.31. I arrived at the concert when the doors opened around 7:00 PM and then waited for 3 hours for the performance to start. None of the people I had paid to see preform showed up so I basically drove over 4 hours and spent over $120 on a ticket and gas to get to the concert to get nothing in return. Just a total waste of time and money overall from the venue and I would like to see that I receive a full refund for the ticket, fees and all. At the concert I believe they said everyone would be reimbursed for the inconvenience but instead they just rescheduled the performance with the same tickets. I am unable to return to the concert for the rescheduled date because of my work and $80 isn't a small amount of money to just lose like that, especially with the holidays just around the corner. Any help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated! I even tried contacting the business but I haven't had any luck getting through to them and the concert is tonight. A full refund of the ticket will suffice.Initial Complaint

A concert that was postponed back in 2020 has finally been officially cancelled and I am trying to get my refund in the amount of approximately $240. I called the box office and they instructed me to email their returns emails address. I have done so 4 times since October - both through my own email and via their website. I always get an automated response, so I know Im emailing the correct email address, but have yet to hear back from an actual person or receive my refund. I have provided them an updated mailing address, my order number, and offered to provide them with my new credit card info as the tickets were purchased with a now expired card. When I call the box office, they tell me they cannot do anything and to keep emailing the returns address, even though that is getting me no where. I do have screenshots to prove my attempts. My order number is ****** and the cancelled concert was the Amity Affliction/Sleeping with Sirens show.Business response

Customer was refunded via check. Check was sent on 12/17/21 to updated address provided by customer.
