I hired ************* Cncrete in 2020 to take out existing wood deck to pour a 12x40 ft concrete patio and pour a 12x 12ft slab for a shed. First of all they were told to not pour even with existing steps from both patio doors and found **** was gonna be too hard to get thru so *** the owner decided without talking to us first poured even with the existing steps. They poured directly to the foundation of the entire back of house and directly to steps without putting anything between which should of been done! So in 2021 I called and said to *** the owner who did the work that by the steps the concrete is all breaking up. He didnt respond to me and I let it go for awhile after calling many times and leaving many messages. I finally got him to answer his phone in early 2022 this was really making me upset after paying $5,290.00 for this project that wasnt done right and will continue to break in more places and will cost to be redone. He finally showed up in October 2022, never told me when he was coming and as I was ********** in my bedroom I heard his drill and was surprised and mad and scared he walked right thru the back yard gate without my consent.!!!! He said he was trying something that should work that he tried on his driveway?? So drilling more away he patched. Says it should work. 2 weeks after it was all cracked again. Sent him pics and never responded. So I called Feb 28th ***************************************** he is not coming back to my house and I said it needs to be fixed or Im getting compensated to pay someone else to fix it and all my time I waited and called and never got answers. Very very frustrating. He then hung up the phone on me!! A owner of a business did this?? I am holding them responsible to many fixes on the concrete as it wasnt done correctly and they maybe shouldnt be in business. I want others to know this so it doesnt happen to them.
