I hired Nobleman LLC and Mr ***************** in April of 2022. I gave them an initial deposit of$5762.50. A month later I gave him a check for materials after receiving an invoice from ********* for $22818.13. **** filed for permits in The beginning of June and with multiple calls to him and the city and getting nowhere with that I canceled the project. August 15th we agreed on a refund and have a signed contract. As we came to receiving my first installment I am notified that the *** is closing and even his lawyer hasn't heard from him. I tried to contact him via phone, email and in person and he refuses to give me my money.

I was ripped off by ***************** of nobleman contractors in fall 2021. He contacted me through homeadvisor (he has since has his account frozen due to not responding to various complaints against him), and promised to repair some dry rotted siding on my house and a few windows. He took two large down payments from me for the labor and the cost of the windows he was to order (over $5300) and kept it, purchased no materials, and just stalled me with excuses for like **** months until I was sure he was scamming me. I have months of correspondence with him making promises and excuses. I have him discussing pricing on windows with me. I have proof he collected payment and the two invoices he produced.

I've had experiences with lack of responsiveness to text messages emails or phone calls from ****. He started a porch project of mine about 2.5 months ago and it's been sitting for about 3 weeks with no work. I keep getting responses that lumber is ordered and on the way and then the week goes by and no work has been done nor do I receive a call from ********* has taken a significant amount of money from me and I'm worried that I will never see that money back nor the project completed.

************************* of Nobleman LLC has not performed services paid for and charged me for materials I never received for a front porch rebuild. On June 16, 2021 I paid him $3,050 for half of the labor costs as a "down payment" to secure his services. After months and months of excuses on why he could not start the work he then blamed the ***************** for not issuing a permit. A permit was never requested. Then winter came and went and in the spring of 2022 I kept requesting a start date for the front porch rebuild. Then he proceeded to tell me that the ***************** would not issue the permit without a survey on file, further delaying the project. I called the City to confirm and they stated they did not need a survey on file to issue the permit or replace the front porch. At the end of May 2022 I informed Mr. ****** that I no longer wanted to do business with him because no work had been performed and I wanted my money refunded. He asked for a second chance and said he would start the demolition of the current porch on 6/2/22. He did remove some of the porch boards on 6/2/22 making my mailbox inaccessible and front porch dangerous as he did not put up "caution tape" or anything that would prevent someone from walking up the stairs still in tact. He then requested an additional $3,124.43 for materials. I never received the materials. We failed the first City inspection on 6/28/2022. He took zero action to correct the issue and failed the second inspection on 7/20/22, for the same reason. He asked me to file a complaint against the City Inspector because he did not want to work with him. He also called the Inspector's supervisor and lied about his conversation and outcome of the inspection. It's been one excuse after another. On 7/22/22 I informed *** ************** no longer wanted to do business with him and requested a refund. He admitted he does not have the money to pay me back and has been difficult to work with to make payment arrangements, $6,174.43.

************************* who is the owner of Nobleman LLC was irresponsible in his work ethics as well as corrupt as a business owner. Last year in March of 2021 he came over to give me a quote on building a porch. He presented himself as very knowledgeable and professional. He said he was extremely busy and the project would be delayed for 3 weeks. . He took measurements and indicated he would send me a quote. Following a longer than average time for result I called him and he said he would forward it to me right away. Again, I waited for a period of time and called again. The quote was finally sent and we agreed upon the price. He requested a $500.00 check which I forward to him immediately and he cashed. Every contact he indicated he was busy but would be able to get to my project soon. Again, long lapse and no follow through. I indicated my frustration repeatedly through text messages and phone calls. Fast forward 1 year and 4 months, endless texts and phone calls initiated by me and still no work has been done , materials ordered etc. I texted **** about 2 month ago and requested he return my $500.00 check and I was reporting him to BBB.. He responded quickly asking me to "please not do that and we could work something out". He stated "its been so long I cant find the invoice or measurements. Final conversation I indicated to just send me back my $500.00 and I did not want him to complete my project. I texted him requested he send the $500.00 check immediately. He became very defensive both on phone and text and said per his business policy he had 5 days to return the check. I have tried numerous phone calls and text messages in an attempt to get my $500.00 returned. He no longer will respond to my text or phone calls. I looked on line at his reviews. Sad to say he has scammed numerous people out of money and same frustration of lack of follow through. ***************** needs to be stopped!

On 26 July 2021, I contracted without Nobleman, LL to replace a wood ******, which support a portion of my front porch. As of 20 July 2022, nothing has been done. I had sent a certified checked for $635.00 on 26 July 2021.I have sent e-mails to Nobleman, LLC to the attention of Nate ******, who is the owner. I have attempted to call Mr. ****** on nine occasions. Normally, his voicemail box is full and excepts no further message. The telephone message referred me to call.

We signed a contract and the first payment of $4128.50 was cleared on Dec 31 2021. We were given a **** for supplies in feb and gave them another check for supplies that cleared Feb 15, 2022. We were given a tentative start date of March 2022. This work was to convert a walk in attic to a walk in closet/ storage/ office space. We sent multiple emails in March and April and finally heard back the beginning of May that they were challenged getting subcontractors. Sine that time we have sent multiple emails and a text last week asking for a start date and a return of our money. We have had absolutely no response. The entire contents of my attic is now in our basement rec room and no work has been done. I need the work done or my money returned as soon as possible. I can provide the emails and contract but need to get a copy of contract from my husband.
