The owner of this company, Nate ******, took a down payment of $4485 from us for a deck rebuild in July of 2021. Its been over a year and no work has been done. Not even a permit has been filed. We have asked for a refund several times and have been given the runaround. He did this to other people as well. Do not trust his fake reviews either.Review from Julien P

Nobleman Contractors were great to work with and helped my wife and I renovate two of our rentals. They were very quick to respond and worked directly with us on design. We we're so happy and they brought out project in under budget and worked with the city directly. Great guys and would recommend for multi family and for home. They have worked on my neighbors house and they were also thrilled with them.Review from Will K

Nobleman built out an addition on our home and did an excellent job. Nate was amazing to work with and was highly professional. Their design process was awesome and went quickly. I would recommend Nobleman to anyone who it looking for a technology and modern approach to construction.

The owner of this company, Nathan R****** took over $5,000 from me for work on my exterior that was never started. After paying for both a large down payment on the labor, and the entirety of new window inserts that were to be purchased from a local supplier, I waited, and waited, and listed to excuse after excuse as to why he could provide no update or timeframe for when to expect work to begin, for months. After insisting he produce a receipt from the supplier showing the windows were ordered and getting nothing, I investigated with that supplier only to discover that no such order was placed. It had been over 6 months and he had not even ordered any material for the job! He took my money and fed me lie after lie, and because of that my house still looks terrible nearly 10 months after contacting me. I had to go with another more professional company and of course prices for everything are 25% more expensive now so this debacle has me out not just the $5k I paid him but that additional cost as well. If you care considering doing business with him please don't!, save yourself the nightmare, this guy is a con artist and will rip you off!

****** we are sorry for your experience. Window and door sourcing is extremely difficult and, as we explained to you multiple times, your windows were on back order for an extended period of time. We did everything in our power to keep you updated and told you the truth about the back orders from the start. We are out money from this situation as well as your order was non-refundable. "Window and door sourcing is extremely difficult, We are out of money from this situation as well as your order was non-refundable." Words of a broke con-artist and thief. We are talking about $5000 you low-life. Why did you tell the *************************** you had refunded the money if it was non-refundable? I hope these reviews cost you far more in business than you stole from my family.
