I paid for a pair of glasses after getting my eye exam completed. I was told that I would get my glasses in **** days. The date I paid for my glasses was on march 14, 2022. I heard nothing from the store about my glasses being in, So on April 8th I called the store and was told they would be in later that week. I again waited with no word. I glad again on April 19th and the lady told me they still were not in. I then decided that I would like a refund for my glasses since it had been over a month. I told the lady on the phone. She told me that the supervisor has to do refunds and she would let her know and have her contact me. I waited till the end of the week and called the store again on April 23rd and told the lady that I had not heard from the supervisor and that I would like to get my money back. She told me the supervisor did not work on weekends and that she was aware of the situation and would call me by Tuesday. I expressed to her this is no way to conduct business and that if I did not get a call by the end of the day on Tuesday, I would be forced to take my complaint to a higher authority. I am not sure what can be done. But I would like to get my money back for a product that I did not receive and that because of their lack I am now forced to go to another place for an eye exam, I feel that the entire cost should be refunded, so that I may go somewhere else.
