      9/09/2022 at 1pm I sparkle ***** went to this company to rent a dumpster for my properties. I spoke with **** in dispatch / manger (they don't tell you there title.) I rented the unit for 9/10/2022, I spoke with this gentleman and told him what I needed and what I needed it for. I told him I had students coming an hour away to volunteer for help and service with the clean out . I gave him the time like I did when I contacted him about a week earlier. I told him I needed this for the weekend at 9am and they could get it back that same day. I didn't want It for Friday night due to the neighborhood may fill it up before I get a chance to use it! So I was specific in what ************* I needed it for. I him that I only have the students from 9 am to 12noon and he stated I would have it between 7am and 9am . At 8am I started calling I kept getting voicemail and left and email. No one answered that or responded to any calls. I proceeded over to the office of the dumpster site and I seen one of the truck drivers, driving and we stopped at the lights and I told him what was happening. He gave me a number to reach out and no one answered that call at all. I followed him to the office and I got out and knocked on the door. I got a guy by the name of *****, who tried to help me but didn't know much besides they were short and he works in the yard. He gave me a number after .e cling him so many times after leaving from talking to him. The dumpster never was delivered and when I texted the *************** he was very rude and disrespectful and not apologetic at all, but was rude and told me I will only ask you this one time do you want the unit or not? After he took my card the day before. I could have went to someone else if they were not going to do the service and I have to get new service from someone else on Monday but now I have to find someone to place the stuff in the dumpster when I had the help there. So this is an inconvenience and I can't afford it. Cost me more money

      Customers Statement of the Problem:
      9/09/2022 at 1pm I sparkle ***** went to this company to rent a dumpster for my properties. I spoke with **** in dispatch / manger (they don't tell you there title.)

      **DISPATCHER IS HIS TITLE AND HIS NAME ON 9/8 WHEN SHE CALLED AS ***. THIS WAS THE FIRST CONTACT WITH ******* NOT A WEEK EARLER AS SHE CLAIMS.

       I rented the unit for 9/10/2022, I spoke with this gentleman and told him what I needed and what I needed it for. I told him I had students coming an hour away to volunteer for help and service with the clean out . I gave him the time like I did when I contacted him about a week earlier.       **THE DUMPSTER WAS NEVER PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7-9AM ON 9/10/22. THE ESTIMATED TIME ON THE ***** SHEET AS SHARED WITH THE DISPATCHER TO SPARKLE WAS THE DUMPSTER WILL BE DELIVERED BETWEEN *****PM. THERE IS ZERO CHANCE IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED EARLIER. AS WE HAD ONLY 3 *****S TO COMPLETE FOR THE *** WE ACTUALLY TOLD ******* WE WOULD ADD IT TO THE END OF THE *** FOR THE DRIVER ASSIGNED TO THE ***** SINCE HE WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED TO WORK.  IT IS PRETTY MUCH A GUARANTEE THERE ARE NO COMPANIES DELIVERING A LAST MINUTE DUMPSTER LIKE HER REQUEST. 

       

      At 8am I started calling I kept getting voicemail

      ** AS ALREADY NOTED ***** WAS FOR BETWEEN *****PM AND YET SHE FINDS IT NECESSARY TO CALL AT 8AM. THIS MAKES NO SENSE IMO. EITHER WAY HER ***** WAS ALREADY ASSIGNED TO THE DRIVER FOR LAST LOAD OF *** AS STATED EARLIER.

      No one answered that or responded to any calls. I proceeded over to the office of the dumpster site and I seen one of the truck drivers, driving and we stopped at the lights and I told him what was happening. He gave me a number to reach out and no one answered that call at all. I followed him to the office and I got out and knocked on the door.

       

      **WHO DOES THIS...OUR DRIVER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS *** AND ALL SPARKLE DID WAS DELAY HER ***** IN BEING DELIVERED AND AS WE HAVE MINIMAL DUMPSTERS AVAILABLE TO US FOR CUSTOMER USE HAD SHE SPENT 10 MORE MINUTES WITH THE DRIVER SHW WOULD HAVE ACTUALLY CAUSED THE DRIVER TO BE LATE TO THE LADNFILL TO EMPTY THE ONE DUMPSTER WE HAD AVAILABLE ASSIGNED TO HER BUT WE MADE IT THERE TO DUMP THE DUMPSTERS CONTENTS AND WHERE IN THE PROCESS OF DELIVERING HER DUMPSTER BY NOON WHICH WAS THE ESTIMATED TIME (NOT PROMISED AS WE CAN'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION DRIVER TIME, DELAYS AT LANDFILL ETC..VEN THE ***** COMPANY GIVES 4-6 HOUR WINDOW.

       

      I got a guy by the name of *****, who tried to help me but didn't know much besides they were short and he works in the yard.

      ** NOT SHORT ON DRIVERS. PURPOSELY SCHEDULED DRIVERS OFF OF WORK AND HAD ONE DRIVER ASSIGNED TO HANDLE THE THREE REQUESTS FOR THE ***

      He gave me a number after .e cling him so many times after leaving from talking to him. The dumpster never was delivered and when I texted the *************** he was very rude and disrespectful and not apologetic at all, but was rude and told me I will only ask you this one time do you want the unit or not?

      ** AGAIN NO **** WORKING FOR US; HOWEVER, THE ***** WHO WAS GREETED WITH QUITE A DISRESPECTFUL CONVERSATION WITHOUT EVEN HAVING THE COURTESY OF PROVIDING HER NAME OR THE ***** NAME AND ADDRESS AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO GATHER AFTER HAVING TO INTERRUPT SPARKLE. AFTER CONTINUING TO LISTEN TO A CUSTOMER SPEAK IN A RUDE MANNER AND YELL AT HIM RATHER THAN LISTEN, IT WAS FINALLY ASKED OF SPARKLE WHETHER SHE WANTED THE DUMPSTER DELIVERED OR NOT AND HER ONLY ANSWER WAS SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE BBB. OUR RESPONSE WOULD BE THAT IS YOUR OPTION. SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AND WE TOOK IT UPON OURSELVES TO CANCEL THE DELIVERY. 

      After he took my card the day before.

      **AGAIN HAD SPARKLE LISTENED TO THE DISPATCHER SHE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD HIM KNOW WHEN WE PROVIDED A DELIVERY TIME OF *****PM ESTIMATE BUT SHE DIDN'T BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES TELLING HER WE COULD ACTUALLY GET HER ONE DELIVERED ON SHORT NOTICE BUT SHE HAD ALREADY MADE THE MISTAKE OF SCHEDULING HER PEOPLE TO HELP LOAD IT BEFORE SHE EVEN KNEW SHE COULD GET A DUMPSTER AS IT STATES IT IN HER COMPLAINT

      I could have went to someone else if they were not going to do the service and I have to get new service from someone else on Monday but now I have to find someone to place the stuff in the dumpster when I had the help there. So this is an inconvenience and I can't afford it. Cost me more money

      **AND IT COST US MONEY AS WELL SO BUT IN THE END US NOT DELIVERING THE DUMPSTER SAVED ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES EVEN MORE HEADACHES. PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE....WE DELIVER AND PICK UP 30 OR SO DUMPSTERS DAILY AND THIS WAS BY FAR ONE OF THE RUDEST POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I AM SURE IT EXPLAINS WHY SHE HAS HAD NUMEROUS CONTRACTOR ISSUES...ANOTHER ITEM SHE SHARED WITH OUR *****
