Absolutely TERRIBLE office service. We had a question on our invoice and it took me emailing 3 times, over 5 phone calls and so much time wasted on hold just to get a hold of the office manager. She NEVER called me back, just emailed the rudest email from a manager Ive ever seen. They threatened to send a letter of lien for no payment when I had been trying to reach them for weeks about the payment. Working with them has caused a huge headache and I would not recommend to anyone. They were very unprofessional and we will never work with them again.

Called the office and was assisted by the friendliest employee ever. Scheduled a visit for them to come out for a quote. Didnt have to wait a long time for an appt. Friendly, professional, offered all the pricing and info we had hoped for. Excited to hv them return to do the work!

Be careful when using service of this vendor as you may deal with the scheme of extortion for additional unnecessary jobs and services as happened to myself a few weeks ago. Company technician (*************************) during annual service of the furnace demonstrated a picture of the damaged heat exchanger with the clear and obvious hole in it and recommended furnace replacement. The same statement was confirmed with multiple pictures by the project manager, who provided the quote for furnace replacement for $5000+. To my great surprise when the heat exchanger was replaced by another vendor no holes on heat exchanger were found. To my request for explanation management offered statement that "Looking at the camera it does appear that there are concerning areas". Not just "concerning area", but clear pictures of holes were demonstrated to me as a forgery documents that caused me for the heat exchanger replacement and additional unnecessary expenses. Additionally it's worth of mentioning that the technician was so involved with lying about the heat exchanger that forgot to do service for humidifier (water wasn't even running through) but charged for it.That was a complete disappointment to me as this was the first time in my life I dealt with the forgery by a reputable service company.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I got thoroughly ripped off, and I am bitterly disappointed. I don't have a lot of experience with A/C and furnace issues. I naively and foolishly trusted that this company was going to at least be in the same ballpark as other local companies. I trusted my gut and didn't sign up for any additional services or maintenance plans that they were pushing, but since it we urgently needed our A/C running again, I paid the man. It ended up being more than double what I should have reasonably spent. In the end I spent almost $600 for an easy fix. When I spoke to them immediately after, they said they just charged a flat fee whether it took them 10 minutes or all day, that I was paying for the knowledge and level of service they provide. The service man who came to my house said this was his "fourth cooling season". He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Later I found out you can buy the part for about $25. They charged me $525. The service man also said that he hears "price objections" all the time. When my husband called later, the manager was disrespectful and told my husband that he had no idea about these systems or what it takes to run this business. What a terribly disappointing and expensive lesson.

I have all my home services done and never have had an issue. I recommend them all the time. I had my ductwork cleaned and the two young men who did the work were wonderful. The were respectful, very efficient answered all my questions.

Burckhardt Heating had friendly and professional installers, very easy to work with. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner and the price was the most reasonable for quality of the products provided. They provided the best warranty and financing package as well. ?? % satisfaction with my purchase and the follow up service package was excellent! Very glad I went with Burckhardt Heating and Cooling!

We were so pleased with the work Burkhardt did in putting in a new furnace and A/C. The installers, Dan & Greg, were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to clean up everything when they were done with the installation. They also did a good job reviewing the equipment with us before they left.

Burkhardt Heating and Cooling deserves a 5+++star rating, or a BBB-rating of A+++. Last year (April, 2022), they replaced my outdated HVAC system with a new Armstrong HVAC system + UV-purifier, cleaned all my household air-ducts & vents, and even brought in an electricia, who installed front & rear covered electrical outlets—all for just $11-grand!! This past year (2023), they came out with an annual fall & spring HVAC checkup-plan that can be paid in monthly, 0-interest payments that also includes 20% discounts on emergency calls! I jumped on that! I had just my Spring HVAC checkup last month by a down-to-earth friendly, yet extremely knowledgeable and professional, team from Burkhardt. They spent nearly an hour thoroughly checking my system. They found dust building up on the blower motor and suggested the installation of an additional unit that would so significantly reduce that buildup as to extend the life of my system 3-4 years beyond its 10-year life-span. I purchased the unit with 3-discounts, one of which was a Veterans discount, and had it installed, at a significant discount! The service, the friendliness of the technicians as well as their helpfulness and professionalism was AMAZING!!
