I exited Hwy 16 at **** and was stopped on the off ramp waiting to turn left on 8-22-22. I was hit from behind and it pushed my car into the car in front on me. There was an accident report filed 3WL0VKHWTQ by Deputy ***********. The woman driving the other car said she was looking at the ********* drive thru to see if the line was long. I was given the okay to drive my car home. We realized the brake lights and blinkers didnt work (in addition to a smashed grill, back bumper, etc) so we took.it to Toms on ********************* for repairs. Toms phone ************. As I understand it, all parts have been replaced except the blinker control module. **** has not been able to locate a blinker control module, so its just been sitting. Ive been sending emails to *********************** at Badger Mutual every 2-3 weeks as she requested. On 11/14/2023, I told ***** that I would take a used blinker control module from another totaled Hummer. In the last several months, she has stopped acknowledging the emails. I spoke with her on June 10th and she said she would run the numbers that day before she got too busy but its been another week and I havent heard anything. Badger Mutual has been paying for a rental car during this time but I really just want it resolved. At this point, IF the blinker control module arrives Im worried about other problems since the Hummers been sitting almost 2 years (ie: brakes, battery, etc). *********************** at Badger Mutual can be reached at ************ or ******************** or ***************************************** The claim number is C000030838.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was very happy when I first started working with Badger Mutual. However, over the last 6-8 months , my rep stopped acknowledging my e-mails. I called to speak with a manager and was still transferred to the same rep. During three different phone conversations (weeks apart) with my rep, she said shed run the comps and I never heard back. I was concerned not only about the damage to the vehicle but additional issues (battery, brakes, etc) since it sat for so long. Since contacting the BBB, the communication has greatly improved and I expect this to be resolved within a week.Regards,

Insurance renewal with Badger Mutual. I received 2 policy declaration pages dated the same day one for $2,297 and the other for $5,037.00. I called them on 5/10/24 after being hung up on a few times being transferred with no one answering I finally spoke to a representative and he said my premium was $5,037. I asked for reason for 2 letters he was abrupt would not give me an answer. I asked for the reason for the large increase he then transferred me to underwriting who did not answer and left a voicemail on 5/10/2024 asking for a call back explaining my reason for the call. As of today I have no calls from anyone at Badger Mutual Insurance and no explanation for the increase or the two letters with one being more than double 219% higher than the other premium.Business response

My house burned down and me and my ex wife have been legally separated for several years now. I had the right to get a copy of all the paperwork but instead the insurance man only sent paperwork to my ex wife which didnt allow me to know anything. I was under the impression that we would be getting separate checks but instead the insurance man ***** gave us one check knowing that me and my ex wife arent married and it would be an issue. I asked him for separate checks and for help and he stated rudely that he couldnt help and I know its someone who could help me get my money and move into a homeBusiness response

My ex wife *********************** has filed with the check and I was giving my P.O. Box as well and you have my daughters number for you to contact me but instead you kept contacting ****** knowing we dont reside with each other. I would need the check voided out and reissued separately. We have court documents showing were legally separated as well
