The project originally started on 9/26/2022 with a list of projects to my home. Spending approximately ******. I have found company on ***** list originally. A contract was generated with owner ***************************, but the work itself was incomplete. The Project was supposed to be completed before Christmas 2022 but extended into the following year and company disappeared in April 2023 with no notification. Company was not consistent with coming regularly or on time, at times did not communicate times coming or not coming, Owner took a month vacation to ****** with the ***** given by me. Company ensures me the work will be done before leaving but took the money and disappear for about a month. The work was on hold and the return status was unknown. Company didn't notify me of missed days or responded to follow-up phone calls. Company asks for money just about every two to three days from consumer throughout the project. Incomplete work that was done incorrect. Company left debris all over the yard, boards, buckets, and etc. Started to put up fence but did not complete. left the form all on the patio concrete, concrete in front sidewalk no sealing place. unfinished concrete for driveway, left ***** in place malfunctioning, two tree removal and left stumps not removed, concrete is too high in certain areas that cause dryer vent clogged and water hose faucet not accessible and unable to hook water hose, no discharge attachment to drain outside left of front yard. long pipe hanging out and fall risk, damaged concrete block outside wear company attempt to place Egress window unsuccessful, broke fence. Egress Window is too close to fence. Placed hole in basement wall to place an extension cord to run battery pump for water. Stone wash and lights not placed in front yard and other incomplete jobs. Consumer was paying out, but the work wasn't getting completed. Company will start on projects in home and then work on something else, but do not complete what was started. Company left without notice and consumer reached out and no response from company. Consumers notice a lot of improper projects not done and left with the clean-up and not knowing if company was coming back. Company was requesting more money but didn't finish what was already paid for and did correct their mistakes or admitting they didn't know how to do certain things. Company took advantage of me and disappeared.
