Rude managers and disrespectful and unprofessional conduct and they do no communicate with each other to have three managers on site that is ridiculous! I had to sit here and dispute with my bank after being overcharged for 8 days worth of stays when I was only charged for 4 days so I don't recommend anyone stay THERE, because after spending *****. The things that they felt I was complaining about something small as breakfast you're mad about that and if I report you I have the right to do that and told me to never stay there again so I would say anybody who has kids and has a family or even if you're a single person needed somewhere to stay this would not be the place for you. Bad customer service all around-they don't have people's rooms properly organized based off of who's checking in and who's checking out and I had people walking into my room cuz they don't know who's staying over and just a complete messInitial Complaint

Made reservation 5/21/22 and canceled same day after arriving and seeing the condition of the hotel. Did not feel safe staying nor feel safe parking in the unsecure lot. No charges where made was informed by both the hotel and booking service there would be no charges. Now on 1/11/23 I'm being charged in full for a "no show".Initial Complaint

This occurred Sunday, 9/18/2022. I made a reservation through ****** airlines, at the Days Inn and suites by Wyndham Milwaukee about 3 days prior to checking in. I agreed to pay $563.17 for the stay, and was aware of the cancellation policy. However when I checked in, I noticed the hotel was in extremely poor condition, and the front desk were actively arguing and kicking out homeless people from the lobby. The clerk rudely gave me a key to my room, but when I got there the room was filthy and there was trash all over the hallway outside. I got another room, but this room had a faulty door and would not lock completely. I went downstairs to get a 3rd room but the front desk people didnt believe me and had me waiting 10 minutes while someone checked the door. During this time she was yelling and arguing with guests and over an hour had passed since I tried to check in to this place. I told her I would find a different hotel and she said she canceled my reservation. I asked if I would receive a FULL REFUND and she said YES. I was only refunded $472.40 of the $563.17 I paid. I believe I should get a full refund because I left since the property was unsafe and disgusting/ unsanitary. I dont think this hotel should even be open. My confirmation number was *************
