            Professionalism by one rider coach distasteful when comes to new riders learning how to ride. Rider coaches should be patient, non judgemental, positive reinforcement techniques and encouraging environment for everyone and not who they chose to pick in the group. The other rider coach was amazing. They were helpful, positive reinforcement, gave feedback and patient. Rider coaches that form judgements make it harder for people that have a little experience not to none that was even mention to form a opinion takes a tool on one persons learning experience and might make them quit wanting to ride then. What was supposed to be a happy experience was swept away into a negative one. The only thing positive I learned was from the other rider coach, at least she stuck up for me.

            After calling to reschedule my MSF test, I still haven't received a call back from them at all. When you pay that kind of money and need to take a test over, you would think the busniess would call you back. **************** is lacking. I really want my motorcycle lisence and now I have to wait until next year , lost money and more than likely have to find another MSF place to take it through. Which isn't right or fair in my eyes. It's more money that people don't have to spend. People that need to take the test over should be already built into the fee you already pay, or for a reduce rate not what is half the course fee.
