They arrived 1 hr and 10 minutes late and tried to convince me via phone that they were at my house; they were not. The "professional movers" were the owner of the company, his 15 yr old child and his nephew. They would carry one box at a time and I was paying an hourly rate. They needed constant direction from the owner ***. I was waiting for them at my new address which I shared text/google maps. I was waiting at the driveway and I noticed they were parked down the block. I waved them down several times; the owner again blamed GPS, "that is where it to me." The unpacking was again box by box and was placed all of the home without any attention to the where I asked for it to be placed OR how it was labeled. There was damage to the doors and scratches on the walls which I noticed later. The mattresses were placed on their sides. It was a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 3/30/2022 Amount paid: $1,257.25 Commitment: move household possessions to new house, paid additional for insurance, professional Dispute: damaged property, trash left behind, window left open in winter conditions The business has not tried to resolve the problem despite me reaching out several times Authorization codes from Square (payment): ****** ($1,000), ****** ($257.25)
