      United Regions made this stressful process a whole lot easier. My husband and I were a bit disorganized but the movers were kind and patient with us. Eric and his team were on time and incredibly efficient and very understanding towards our situation. My items arrived perfectly packed with no damages. We received constant updates for our items so we knew the status of where our items were. They were reliable and I will use them again for my next move!

      I don't need to go into a long list of items that were not to up standard, too many to list. I do not advise anyone that is moving, long or short distance, to use this company. Very unprofessional, deceptive, and unreliable. Stay away if you value your belongings.

      The US Ddepartment of Transportation number for United Regions Van Lines in Wi is USDOT #******. In Florida, Moving Nation Deliveries LLC is doing business as United Regions Van Lines. Their USDOT # is *******. If your experience with these companies as been half as bad as mine, please file a complaint with their governing agency, The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (*******************). How can the reviews under consumeraffairs web site be mostly 5's, and reviews on BBB be mostly 1's? My expereince with this company has been highly stressful and frustrating throughout the entire process. Their pricing policies are deceptive. Initial bids are low based on inaccurate inventory, then they require a a non-refundable deposit. When you say I have a couch, do they ask if it is 6 foot or 4 foot? Same with tables, chairs, dressers, cabinets, etc. After the initial inventory "estimate", the next inventory estimates only go up. Ours increased from about 1700 cubic feet to over 2300; a 35% increase in cost!!! No resonable explanation was provided, even after persistent requests. At our request, our furniture was put in storage. One day they called and said the truck was being loaded for delivery. Talk about being shocked!! We did not request delivery, and our storage payment for the follwoing month had been made! Finally, they blamed their computer system. When we eventually requested delivery (months later), a $ 2300 restocking fee appeared on our invoice! The restocking fee was to move our furniture back into storage for the move we never requested!! This is only one of the negative experiences associated with our move. Customer service is difficult to access (phone systems down) and answers are vague. Many times the response is "we don't make the rules", "its in the contract" or "is this your first out of state move?". Our experience is the exact oppostie of the professional, stress free expereince advertised.

In cases where volume adjustments occur, they are strictly based on the actual cubic footage needed to safely transport the customers belongings, not arbitrary figures. In your case, the increase in estimated cubic footage was the result of a more accurate reassessment of your inventory, which included more volume than originally reported. This was communicated to you before finalizing the move.Non-refundable deposits and adjustment policies are standard across the moving industry, and all terms were outlined in your contract before any payment was ***************** and Delivery Scheduling Our records show that a scheduling error was quickly corrected, and there was no unauthorized delivery of your items. We apologized for any confusion at the time, and no charges were made for that *********** for the restocking fee, this only applies when shipments must be moved multiple times due to changes initiated by the customer. In your case, reloading and re-storage efforts were necessary due to a change in your requested delivery timeline, which requires labor, truck space, and warehouse handling.Customer Service While we strive for excellent communication, delays and service disruptions can occur, particularly during peak moving seasons.       Deceptive Pricing Practices The salesperson, Connor, assured us that our move would cost no more than $3,987.17. By the end, the final total came to an outrageous $10,418.60. Connor also promised we could split payments across two credit cards—something I verified with him twice. But when the time came, we were told the final payment had to be made in cash or money order. Talk about being blindsided. Dishonest Inventory Process We initially provided a detailed inventory over the phone. But during a follow-up call weeks later, items were mysteriously missing from the list, and all our boxes were marked as small. Updating this “error” added $476 to our bill. On moving day, the movers claimed we exceeded our estimated cubic footage, adding another $8,558.60 to the cost—plus $572 for packing materials. At that point, we were stuck with no choice but to pay. Broken Promises on Trucks and Movers Connor told us the company owned its trucks and managed its crews. This was completely false. The movers showed up in an Enterprise rental truck and gave no advance notice. They called at 11 a.m. to say they’d arrive between 2 and 4 p.m. Whatever happened to the promised 24-48 hours’ notice? Unethical Delivery Practices After holding our belongings hostage in a warehouse for 11 days, we were hit with an additional $2,300 for storage and redelivery. We called daily for updates, only to be met with Amanda, the unhelpful and incredibly rude customer service rep. She routinely hung up on us mid-call, leaving us without answers. When the movers finally delivered our belongings, they gave no notice, showed up late, and even damaged our desk. Instead of taking responsibility, they propped it against a wall backward to hide the damage. No apology. No accountability. Awful Customer Service Trying to get answers from this company was a nightmare. Amanda provided no follow-up, no solutions, and zero basic courtesy. Every interaction left us more frustrated and hopeless.

      This was one of the best moving experiences I've had! Moving was always very stressful for me, but Eric and his team made it incredibly easy. The movers were well-organized, treated my belongings with great care, and communicated with me throughout the entire process.. Despite a slight delay in delivery for about 2 days, their constant updates and professional approach ensured that everything went smoothly. My items arrived perfectly intact, and there were no unexpected fees or issues where I was stuck on the other line with customer service like with other companies. They were very reliable, and this was one of the few instances where moving was actually hassle-free.

      Let’s me tell you a story a truck driver of 37 years had my 1st incident 2019 I’m disabled and was needing a moving company I could trust ! I lost about $7000.00 and in my new home slept on the floor for 5 weeks and needed to buy everything twice about $7000.00. They stole mishandled all my things and came in a Enterprise truck BOX truck I left thinking I could trust and started driving to my new home 885 miles to Texas my landlord called and took pictures and was extremely upset I called United Regions and as I explained they 1st started the $5800.00 I paid in full just so I didn’t worry about the move at least NOPE they said they needed the amount due of $3600.00 for loading my things Not Loaded THROWN in boxes and would need a money order only then if I needed a 2nd truck to get the rest of my things ANOTHER $2700.00 otherwise wouldn’t unload. I check on there process and words being said there home page to get empathy are using my story and the horrible behavior of everyone I want the 7 thousand back and yes I said if I can help one family a month by leaving review I will do so. They do have a lawsuit and the owner encourages stealing and manipulation 100% the owner had a previous Moving Company that went under. The photos I’m sending shows the only positive reviews are from there own employees there are 3 look at the bottom left in RED letters it tells you there positions and why employed. To be honest I tried leaving my phone number & BBB won’t let me please don’t hire and one more thing they don’t own or lease large trucks there not a long haul company as I am a long hall driver my past years were at Fed Ex I went 37 years just over 3 million miles and never NOT once stole from my customers I’m an adult I acted it. There a moving Company long haul out of Coral Springs Florida him and his staff are amazing.

      From start to finish, my experience with this moving company was fantastic. The movers were incredibly professional, showing up on time and working efficiently to get everything packed and loaded. They were also super friendly and made the whole process a lot less stressful. They took great care of my belongings and made sure everything was securely packed for transport. When we arrived at my new home, they helped me set up my furniture and even gave me some tips on arranging things to make the most of my space. I couldnt be happier with their service!

      The guy on the phone who omitted the additional insurance was fired for selling their leads. Didn’t help us later on either way. Phyllis was short. The company’s quote was way off and the movers didn’t speak English well at all and only told us the additional expense after they loaded the truck. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage. The standard insurance isn’t even worth dealing with them. The delivery driver hired local day labor that did not know what they were doing. Hopefully the FTC investigates mine and others complaints. Hey URVL’s save your weak deceptive reply. Nobody is buying it. You shouldn’t be in business. I literately will bug the FTC until they come after you. My entire communications were recorded. All the pdf’s were being signed while on the phone with your guy telling us deceptive interpretations of what we were reading.

      I have been patient over the past three months, hopelessly waiting for the insurance company the movers gave me to come through. As of this week the final settlement came in and I was awarded $75 for my moving fiasco. In my life, I have never been more insulted. If I can prevent any of you to not use United Regions Van Lines I will feel justified. What they did was not only immoral, it was down right robbery. Forgive the long story, but I want to back up my claims with proof so that anyone looking for movers will never use this corrupt and downright pathetic company. My initial quite for their salesman came in at $7900 for a move from ******* to *********** **. The quote was based off all my boxes, furniture, etc. from a previous move less than 3 months ago since I needed a short term rental before moving into my new house. I gave them an exact itemization of everything that I had. When the moving team eventually came at 11pm on a Tuesday night, the two of them started loading the truck. When they finished at 3 am they informed me that I used twice the truck size that I literally just used three months ago. The new rate was going to be $17,600, two and half times more than my original cost. I argued with them and they told me they can unload everything if I wanted or else I could call customer service in the morning and fix it. When I called customer service the following day they argued with me and refused to adjust my pricing. Honestly, I would have been fine with meeting halfway, but they refused. In addition, the threatened me with a $1000 fine per day if I refused to pay them in full. Long story short, my stuff was finally delivered after two weeks and we were missing numerous items including furniture and China with a value over $5000. We had 12 boxes completely destroyed and two TVs that were ruined. Do your due diligence, find a reputable company and if any mover has a review like this written.... RUN

      I am writing this review to share my experience with my first-ever move. I expressed my concerns to my sales representative, Erik, who was incredibly helpful and provided thorough details during the walk-through. After that, we coordinated a pick-up from Massachusetts to Florida. I received a call from Phyllis, who was a pleasure to speak with; she was very helpful in providing the pick-up time. Once the pick-up was completed, I had some questions regarding a price increase. Since I wasn't the one who did the inventory list—my spouse handled that—I wanted a clearer explanation of the charges. I then spoke with Amanda, who took the time to thoroughly review the price estimate and contract with me. She explained the moving process in detail, which helped alleviate my concerns. I can understand how stressful moving can be, but overall, it turned out to be a pretty good experience. I’m particularly grateful to have worked with this company under new management, as both Phyllis and Amanda informed me. After reading some reviews, I was initially scared and skeptical about the whole moving process, but their professionalism and support made me feel relaxed and confident.
