    June 12, 2023 I brought my 2012 ********** Tiguan on June 1, 2023, for rear brake work. I spoke with a mechanic in charge. This particular mechanic had installed four new tires on the car months ago, and when I picked up the vehicle, the tire indicators were illuminated. The mechanic responded that the light would turn off on its own after I pointed it out. It never turned off. When I brought the car to the break job this time, I asked the same mechanic to turn off the tire light. When I returned to pick up the car after the break job between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, the *** and another light came on, the car began leaping up and down, and the brakes felt strange, as if the vehicle wanted to stop. Because the business shop would close at 5:00 p.m., I decided to return the vehicle the following morning. I returned the car in the morning and described my experience to the mechanic. Instantaneously, he became defensive, asserting that it was not his responsibility and that he would not repair the car. If he were to fix it, I would have to pay; however, when he looked up the car because I had purchased it from his employer, he discovered the car was covered by his employer's "Warranty Forever." He said he would need approval from the ******************** it would take two weeks, and there would be no loaner car for me to take to work. All statements were made with a furious demeanor. I left my vehicle there. I attempted to contact the mechanic via phone and text on the 8th and 9th of June; he responded on the 9th of June via text with the following message: "My manager and I weren't going to fix the car after X talked to my manager. I was unaware that X had communicated with his manager and the proprietor of the business who informed him he will pull the "Warranty Forever." Since the car is under warranty, I need it fix by someone. If they can't fix the car, I need a replacement car. Thank you for any assistance you can provide

    FULL OF ****** ****!!! Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape brought it back the second week because EVERY light on the dashboard was on. They replaced the battery the second week. April the truck cuts OFF while in Chicago on the highway! The wire been messed up since the first day. The dashboard continues to light up til this day. Took the truck in for the recall a Ford they fixed their issue for free but noticed it was 48 modules loss of communication. The starting of the diagnostic to go through each one is starting at $900. Now they don’t want to fix the car or give me a different one. Amato is FULL OFF ****!!! From the owner, to Jerry to Lisa!! They all can ** ** ****!! Establishment need to be SHUT DOWN!!
