            Last summer I paid a downpayment to Dan **** to have my house painted, forward to December and he never showed despite me being told numerous times that my house was up next. After the weather turned too cold to paint the exterior of my house, I requested a refund of my money. After many calls and texts I finally received a check from Master Painting, but they kept some of the down-payment for "breach of contract". I strongly advise people to not waste their time and money dealing with Dan ****, as he is extremely unprofessional, and basically a con artist. He quotes jobs low to get his hands on peoples' down-payments, then after he no-shows for the work he keeps parts of their down-payment.
